**Role Summary**
The Director of Post Closing & Compliance Services, reporting to the Vice President of National Operations, serves as the enterprise leader responsible for architecting, scaling, and governing the company’s national post-closing service model. As a key member of the National Operations leadership team, this role drives strategic alignment across regions, ensures operational excellence, and leads the transformation of post‑closing from a limited support function into a comprehensive, end‑to‑end national service.
The Director oversees Post Closing Supervisors, Specialists, the Recording team, and partners closely with the specialty accounting team responsible for underwriter remittance.
