Director Platform Productivity & Interface

Productivity: Work as an expert to advise & manage the analysis of product cost structure, identification of cost down potential along the entire value chain, assessment of ratio idea in form of a business case, setup cost down project with timeline, risk assessment & resource plan.

Key responsibilities

• Productivity: LS package cost owner from assembly to test. Ensure benchmarking of cost structure between LS & PS. Formulate & align NLoP strategies with proposal & recommendation on priorities/improvement between projects/tasks to be agreed upon by all stakeholders.
• Productivity: Lead & drive PKG cost productivity, TCR& NLOP pipelines with teams from DIV (PLs/BLs), FIN & ENG while fulfilled production requirements & meet overall cost targets. Cost management & control know-how coupled with strong knowledge in Process, EQ, Project & Material.
