Role Overview The Director, Philanthropy is a senior leader within the Foundation’s fundraising team, advancing transformational philanthropy in support of Providence Health Care. This role integrates strategic leadership, principal and major gift fundraising, and team development to drive significant revenue growth and long-term donor engagement.
Through a combination of vision, execution, and people leadership, the Director strengthens a high-performing culture of philanthropy, ensuring ambitious revenue targets are achieved while deepening meaningful relationships with donors, volunteers, and partners.
