The Director, People Wellbeing is a senior HR leader who advances RVH’s commitment to caring for those who care for others by creating the conditions for Team RVH to stay healthy, supported, connected, and able to do their best work for patients.

Leading an integrated portfolio that includes wellbeing, health and safety, disability management, attendance, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, and volunteer resources, the Director will shift RVH toward a more proactive model of prevention, early intervention, recovery, and sustained workforce health.
