Job Description – Director – Global Payments Operations

Role Purpose

The Director – Global Payments Operations will lead global payment operations across multiple regions, ensuring seamless, accurate, and compliant processing of domestic and cross-border payments. The role will drive operational excellence, transformation, governance, and client experience while partnering with global business, technology, and risk stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives across the payments value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Global Payments Operations, including Wire Transfers, SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, CHAPS, Fedwire, Faster Payments, Real-Time Payments (RTP), and other domestic and international payment rails.
• Provide strategic leadership for global teams, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational resilience, and adherence to SLAs across regions.
