Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing all operations related to the recruitment and pre-screening of all participants for clinical trials. Plans, executes, and oversees the recruitment and selection of participants required for all clinical research trials (BE, Phase I, etc.). Directs the Clinical Recruitment team in Toronto which includes the Strategic Operations lead, Recruitment Manager, and Clinical Research Recruiters.
