Director, Parking Development

ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Vice President Operations, the Director Parking Development is integral to Toronto Parking Authority success. The Director, Parking Development will lead the development and implementation of business and technology plans for the TPA’s Parking Portfolio and build long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience. This position works closely with the Director, Parking Operations, to deploy and integrate effective solutions for parking and EV charging equipment, technology and services. The Director, Parking Development, is a visible leader who role models the organization’s core values and behaviours with a view to building a high‑performing TPA team.

RESPONSIBILITIES Partner Relationships

Lead engagement of internal and external stakeholders to pro‑actively develop and coordinate responses to major initiatives, programs and irregular operations in the parking portfolio.
