The Opportunity

This position will be based at the Cimanggis Plant within the EPO division.

As the Operations Director, you will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence, supply continuity, quality compliance, and strategic transformation.

What You’ll Do

Provide strategic direction and lead end-to-end operations encompassing Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, EHS, Administration, and Security.

Drive strategic performance improvement across multiple shift operation

Ensure alignment with local regulations, cGMP, EHS, and Abbott’s global quality standards.

Champion new product launches and cost optimization and growth initiatives of the Indonesian and export business including internalization.
