What is the opportunity? The GRM Operational Risk Shared Services Team is responsible for the development, strategic direction, maintenance and monitoring effectiveness of the operational risk program and associated tools and methodology. As Director, Enterprise Change Management your role is to ensure an effective practice to ensure the program are aligned to regulatory requirements such as OSFI E‑21. This role partners closely with the Senior Director, Change Risk, External Events and ORM Enablement to provide operational risk support in facilitating the development, maintenance and monitoring the effectiveness of the Enterprise Change Management framework and sound risk management practices across all of RBC’s business platforms and corporate functions. Further this role works to coordinate with regional requirements, and alignment to Enterprise.
