Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director, Operational Performance serves as a senior strategic and operational partner to the COO and is accountable for driving enterprise execution and outcomes across the operating portfolio. This high-impact leadership role requires an operator who thrives in complexity, brings exceptional judgment, influence, and execution discipline, and can sustain the disciplines, structures, and insights needed to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across retirement living, long‑term care, transitional health services, and other complex operating environments.
