GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Vice President of Transformation for the Care Delivery System, the Director of Transformation for the Clinical Care Services is responsible for leading and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of clinical care delivery within the organization. Ideal candidates for this role will be individuals with direct clinical care experience who can bridge the gap between frontline providers, clinical staff and leadership, driving innovation and sustainable change across clinical operations.


This position is integral to collaborating with leadership to holistically redesign care delivery models, enhancing patient flow, patient outcomes, provider satisfaction, staff engagement, quality of care, and employee safety.
