The Johns Hopkins Department of Medicine seeks candidates for the position of Director of the Division of Cardiology and Co-Director of the Heart and Vascular Institute. The Division Director is a key leader in the Department of Medicine, serving as the leader of the Division's faculty, staff and trainees and overseeing an extensive portfolio of clinical care, research, and educational programs. The Division of Cardiology is the largest division in the Department of Medicine and is recognized nationally and globally as a leader in cardiovascular disease with an exceptional record of achievement across the tripartite mission. The Department of Medicine is the largest department in the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine with 18 divisions and over 3,000 faculty, nurses, staff and trainees.
