About the Role

The Director of Strategy Implementation leads the Global IT Strategy Deployment process, ensuring the clear cascade and delivery of strategy. This role partners with all nine IT functions to provide direction, support, and coaching to align their strategies with the overarching IT strategy.

As the leader responsible for deploying the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology, the Director is accountable for the growth and quality of the Global IT OKR implementation. Responsibilities include facilitating engaging workshops, coaching teams to develop their OKRs, and ensuring integration into the end‑to‑end strategy deployment process.
