Manage end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects;
Manage high-value CAPEX programs (hundreds of millions) across complex, mixed-use developments;
Oversee feasibility, design management, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning activities;
Coordinate and manage all third-party contractors, consultants, and suppliers;
Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting, health & safety, and environmental standards;
Managing supplier selection and procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management;
Monitor budgets, timelines, risk, and quality (QA/QC), ensuring efficient delivery and cost control;
