Macleans College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Director of Sport to lead and further enhance our sports programme.

The role will be responsible for the efficient and successful running of the extensive sports programme, creating a positive sporting culture and environment that reflects the college’s values.

As Director of Sport, you will:

• provide strategic leadership
• oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the college's sports programme across all sporting codes, from development and pre‑season through to competitions and tournaments
• work collaboratively with Code Heads, the Senior Leadership Team, coaches, and managers to deliver high‑quality sporting opportunities that encourage participation and excellence. <...
