Director of River Experience Product

Royal Caribbean Group is looking for a Director of Product Development located in Basel. This crucial role focuses on overseeing River guest experiences while ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence. You will lead a variety of innovative projects with cross-functional collaboration, maintain high service standards, and evaluate performance to enhance guest experiences.

We seek candidates with extensive experience in product development, particularly in luxury hospitality or river cruising. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. Willingness to travel extensively is essential.
