- Ensure that the RM Strategy (business mix, pricing, brand positioning of the hotel) is in place and properly deployed to optimize the hotel occupancy, average rate and yield. Take a collaborative approach within La Maison and Accor locally.
- Plays an active role in the strategic planning, marketing plan and budgeting processes, challenging the strategy with the General Manager & Sales and Marketing Manager
- Ensure adequate comprehensive reporting of the RM performance and suggest the appropriate sales actions according to business risks and opportunities detected for the future.
- Maximize competitor intelligence utilizing STR including optimizing competitor sets. Review appropriate competitor set data against the Luxury Segment more broadly and outside the competitor set.
