Join Spanance as a founding leadership team member and build the Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance function for a next-generation sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
We're seeking an experienced pharmaceutical leader with:
• 15+ years in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or Compliance within pharma, biotech, or CDMO environments
• Deep expertise in sterile manufacturing, aseptic processing, injectables, biologics, and GMP compliance
• Proven experience supporting greenfield projects, site start-ups, facility licensing, or major expansions
• Strong track record leading regulatory inspections, health authority interactions, and audit readiness programs
• Experience building quality systems and compliance frameworks from the ground up
