Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategy to scale quality through automation, software-based quality controls, and AI-enabled monitoring
- Build AI-driven monitoring to flag error signals in real time and surface risk patterns
- Partner with Engineering and Product to embed automated quality checks directly into operational systems
- Shift the quality function from detecting errors to preventing them upstream through process controls and system design
- Own an escalation framework for cross-functional quality issues and drive them to resolution
