Director of Programmes & Youth Development

The Young Men's Christian Association of Singapore is seeking a Division Head of Programmes to lead the Programmes Division. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing initiatives that cater to youth and community needs while ensuring quality service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a recognized degree and 5 to 10 years of managerial experience, particularly in youth development and fundraising, coupled with excellent leadership skills. Passion for community service is essential.
