Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product managers across autonomous driving technology, application software, data & analytics, and vehicle hardware
- Create compelling product visions, strategies, and roadmaps by collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Implement a unified, iterative product development process from customer insights to end-of-life
- Ensure product roadmaps are customer and innovation driven to create competitive advantage
- Develop pricing and value analysis to maximize competitiveness and profit
- Define and deliver OKRs for the team and products
- Set market research objectives and ensure high-level service to the organization
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in autonomy, robotics, and product commercialization
- Proven experience with autonomous vehicle technology
- Ability to translate complex business goals into technical requirements (PRDs/MRDs)
