Job Description
Mission
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Product Development serves as a key driver of growth and innovation for the Kimpex and CKX brands. The role involves orchestrating the evolution of the product portfolio to support growth, expand the product offering, and strengthen Kimpex’s position as a market leader.
The Director is also responsible for managing the integrity of the product database-a key element of operational and commercial performance-as well as managing selling prices, including developing, adjusting, and optimizing pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring competitiveness in the market.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Define and lead product development: Plan and prioritize new product initiatives for Kimpex and CKX, from ideation to market launch, by identifying growth opportunities aligned with the strategic plan and customer needs
