Director, Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Direct Hire, Level 1 Trauma Medical Center Position Summary The Director of the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the department. This leader is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality patient care while overseeing staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and employee engagement. The Director partners with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to achieve organizational goals and maintain excellence in patient outcomes.
