The Montessori Training Centre of BC (MTCBC) has proudly provided AMI Teacher Training and Professional Development to Domestic and International Students pursuing their AMI Montessori Teaching Certification. MTCBC is one of two AMI training centres in Canada, distinguishing itself as offering dual certification (AMI/ECE), making our training programs appealing to both International and Domestic students.

The MTCBC, as a registered not-for-profit charitable organization in Canada, is seeking a Director of Operations who will report directly to the Montessori Training Centre of BC’s Board of Directors and will be responsible for the successful leadership and management of the Montessori Training Centre of BC according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.

Education

• University degree preferred
• Business Administration training helpful
