Our client is a digital and online printing company with print offices in BC, Ontario and the USA.
This is a Vancouver based role, with oversight of all of the operations, and travel monthly to each of the 2 other facilities as the senior operations leader for the business.
This is a fast paced, high volume business looking for a leader to keep pace and continue to drive the business forward.

Responsibilities:

As Director of Operations, you own the production floor.

Accountability for production teams across 3 facilities

Responsible for output, quality, and on-time delivery
Set and own the KPIs that run each department.

Managing, planning, and evaluating print, bindery, and fulfillment services, along with inventory control, job planning, press room scheduling, and capacity management across sites.
