  • Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Transportation Engineering/Civil Engineering with relevant courses and 16 years of education from a HEC recognized institution and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master’s/MPhil. in Transportation Engineering/Civil Engineering with 18 years of education from a HEC recognized institution and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Leadership role in public sector projects will be preferred.
