Director of Operations

Job Description

The Director of Operations is responsible for the daily and long-term administrative, strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of their region’s offices. Providing safe, efficient, cost‑effective, and high‑quality patient services is the focus of the operations. This includes the culture and engagement of regional employees to provide superior patient care and align with the company’s Core Values.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily and long-term strategic operations and staff scheduling through close interaction with the Chief Operating Officer, Site Managers, and Physicians.
• Collaborates and implements operational policies and procedures to assure that everyone within their offices adheres to the high standards of patient care expected.
