This premier full‑service hotel in Northwestern Ontario seeks a strategic leader with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. The Director of Operations oversees and elevates the day‑to‑day operations across all departments, working closely with the General Manager to implement the property’s strategic vision. Key focus areas include Food & Beverage, banquets, restaurants, and operational support to Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.

Base Salary: $90,000
