Director of Nursing – Home Health

We are seeking an experienced, transformational Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations for our rapidly growing Medicaid Home Health, Private Duty Nursing (PDN), and Personal Assistance Services (PAS) organization in Houston, Texas. The Director of Nursing is responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and professional practice across the Home Health, PDN, and PAS service lines. This leader will build and standardize clinical systems, develop nursing leadership, strengthen quality outcomes, and create a culture of clinical excellence that supports significant organizational growth.
