Director of Information Technology

We are seeking an experienced IT Director with deep Oracle HCM implementation expertise to lead the design, build, and delivery of Oracle HCM modules across a complex enterprise environment.

This role requires a senior leader who is both technically credible and business-facing . The successful candidate must be able to work closely with internal HR, IT, Oracle, and external implementation partners to ensure Oracle HCM modules are designed, configured, integrated, tested, and deployed effectively.

The organization requires a true Director-level Oracle HCM leader who can guide technical and functional teams, challenge vendor recommendations, make informed design decisions, and provide leadership across the full implementation lifecycle.
