Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ This position provides strategic leadership for graduate recruitment efforts, with a focus on developing and implementing approaches to increase the graduate student population. The Director works in close partnership with campus stakeholders, including the International Student and Scholar Office, Undergraduate Admissions, and graduate programs, to align recruitment strategies with institutional priorities.

+ The Director represents the University in a variety of settings, both on and off campus, and exercises sound judgment and autonomy in communicating information about academic programs, admissions processes, policies, and funding opportunities across a broad portfolio of graduate offerings.
