Director of Finance and Support Services, Newcastle Network

Ramsay Health Care is seeking an accomplished and commercially focused Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and performance across our Newcastle Network of Hospitals, including Lake Macquarie Private Hospital, Warners Bay Private Hospital, Ramsay Surgical Centre Charlestown, and Berkeley Vale Private Hospital. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic financial leadership across the network, partnering with hospital executives to drive financial sustainability, operational performance, and informed decision-making. Supported by an on-site Finance Assistant and Ramsay’s Finance Service Centre, you will lead a high-performing finance function focused on governance, continuous improvement, and delivering value that supports exceptional patient care.
