This senior leader collaborates closely with the Site Leadership Team, provides strategic guidance to the Site Head, and embeds EHSS principles into all business decisions.

Responsibilities

• EHSS Strategy & Leadership
• Define and lead the site EHSS strategy aligned with BMS global priorities and manufacturing network strategy.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Site Head and SLT on EHSS risks, trade‑offs, and priorities.
