Director of Engineering, Solar Projects (Europe & LATAM)

GameChange Solar is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our international project engineering function. This critical role will focus on driving engineering strategy and overseeing regional teams to deliver utility-scale solar projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural design and proven team leadership, adeptly managing projects and ensuring high-quality engineering standards across Europe and LATAM.
