Located on Hayat Island, InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is a luxury beachfront resort. We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the resort remains safe, efficient, and up to the highest luxury standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure the resort is safe, efficient, and maintained to the highest luxury standards.
• Developing and inspiring a high‑performing engineering team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Driving preventive maintenance programmes to maximise asset reliability and minimise operational disruptions.
• Managing departmental budgets, capital projects, and maintenance expenses while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and sustainability.
