Director of Development & Donor Engagement

Caithness Consulting is seeking a dynamic Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts and engage with donors, corporates, and alumni. This role involves redesigning the engagement strategy and creating multiple entry points for giving, including major gifts and Corporate partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing development strategies and excellent networking skills. A hybrid work model is available, allowing flexibility while achieving fundraising goals.
