Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of large, complex, and high-profile projects
- Support Project Executives throughout all phases of work from pursuit through closeout
- Establish execution strategies, staffing plans, constructability reviews, and logistics plans
- Lead executive-level project reviews and intervene when performance deviates from plan
- Maintain full P&L responsibility for all assigned projects
- Oversee project forecasting, margin performance, contingency management, and cash flow
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Executives
- Ensure effective utilization of Project Controls including scheduling, BIM/VDC, and procurement
- Collaborate with Construction Resource Management to align staffing with backlog
- Champion company safety culture and quality standards
