Job Description
Elevate compensation strategies with Lock Search Group as the Director of Compensation for North America. This full-time role involves leading executive compensation and equity plans in a Private Equity firm.
As a Director of Compensation, you will implement innovative North American compensation strategies across USA and Canada. With 5-8 years of experience, you'll design executive pay packages and manage Board Compensation Committee activities. Collaborate closely with senior leadership while mentoring a dedicated Compensation and Benefits team.
