Key Responsibilities:
• Architect a multi-year Lean operating model roadmap
• Standardize Lean assessments and audits across manufacturing sites
• Facilitate enterprise-level Kaizen events for continuous improvement
• Drive Lean Product & Process Development with R&D and Engineering
• Establish Obeya rooms for strategic alignment and decision-making
Requirements:
