Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring consistent and rapid growth in sales across Mexico and identifying and developing new business opportunities including cross-selling and existing clients for the Property & Casualty insurance line of business, of any and/or all of the following target industries: Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Leisure & Entertainment, Retail & Distribution. Develop new sales to existing and prospective clients. Success is based on the incumbent's ability to win and retain new business and meet or exceed established sales goal targets related to revenue growth, mix of business and penetration into industry specific targets. Prepare proposals and presentations using marketing resources, practice groups and other WTW producers. Implement individual prospect sales strategic actions to develop prospects.
