Job Description
Sales Business Development Director
We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Business Development Director to drive growth and secure high-value fit-out projects across the Emirates. To excel in this role, you must have extensive UAE experience, an active regional network, and a proven track record of winning restaurant and hospitality fit-out contracts in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Identify, pitch, and secure new restaurant and F&B fit-out projects to exceed UAE sales targets.
- Leverage Network: Utilize an existing UAE network of F&B operators, hospitality groups, mall managements, and developers to generate immediate leads.
- Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and bidding to final contract negotiation.
- Collaborate: Partner with internal design and estimation teams to build winning, competitive commercial proposals.
