Job Description
Responsibilities
- Set and own the ICAP product vision and roadmap, including the strategic evolution into a Proxy-focused solution
- Translate market signals, customer needs, and competitive insights into clear product direction and prioritized investments
- Partner deeply with Engineering to ensure fast, high-quality execution and scalable architecture
- Work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to drive bookings, pipeline, and customer adoption
- Serve as a visible product leader across regions, partnering with Vietnam-based teams
- Balance innovation with operational excellence to ensure reliability and performance at scale
- Represent ICAP to customers, partners, and internal leadership
