Director of Advising - Sophomore, Junior, Senior

The Director of Advising, Sophomore, Junior and Senior is an important leadership role in the College of Arts and Sciences and Maxwell advising team. This position will be a professional leader overseeing the Academic and Career advising team for Sophomores Juniors and Seniors.


Primary responsibilities include implementation, oversight, and assessment of advising and support programs and practices in order to promote student success and increase 4 year and 6-year graduation rates. Successful candidate will innovate and evaluate programming to address changing student and faculty advisor needs, serve as liaison among advising office, students, parents, faculty, dean, associate and assistant deans as well as other offices across campus.
