Director of Admissions

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Director of Admissions for our soon-to-open Rowlett, TX campus who will provide leadership in student recruitment, empower campus admission goals, and develop strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities for a Director of Admissions


+ Oversee and develop a team of successful admissions representatives to recruit students to join our programs

+ Lead and cultivate an environment of teamwork, commitment, and ownership

+ Provide staff training, development, and mentorship

+ Direct the team to deliver company goals

+ Collect, analyze, and use data to improve recruitment efforts

+ Oversee the planning of events associated with recruitment and information for new and prospective students


Requirements for a Director of Admissions


+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
