Prestige Care Center of Nebraska City is seeking a compassionate, organized, and results-driven Social Services & Admissions Director to join our leadership team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth admissions, strong census management, and resident-centered social services from admission through discharge.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee and direct all social services and admissions operations within the facility.
+ Coordinate and manage the admissions process, including referrals, bed management, and pre-admission screening.g
+ Serve as a liaison with hospitals, referral sources, families, residents, and interdisciplinary team members.
+ Support census development and retention efforts through timely follow-up and relationship building
