General Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Doctorate in Education, Education Psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Social Sciences or a closely related field preferred. Five years of experience in medical education, health professions education, or higher education or in a related field. Experience in accreditation, data management, and evaluating educational programs preferred. Additional education may be considered in lieu of experience.

Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Serves the SHSU College of Osteopathic Medicine by planning, organizing, and directing the accreditation, continuous quality improvement, program evaluation, and training initiatives across the continuum.
