Director North America Surface Transportation Commercial Center

C.H. Robinson is currently seeking a Director North America Surface Transportation who will be accountable for the overall performance of the Chicago Central commercial center. As the Director, you will lead a team of approximately 200+ employees through a leadership structure that includes 6+ direct reports, while overseeing a multimillion-dollar portfolio of customer relationships.

In this critical leadership role, you will own the center P&L, direct and coach the leadership team, and have a responsibility for translating enterprise priorities into measurable business results.
