Job Description
This role sits at the heart of Yemeksepeti’s fast-paced commercial ecosystem. As the Director of
Marketing, you will be a strategic builder and a hands-on leader. Operating in a lean, dynamic
environment, you will be tasked with transforming a small, high-exposure team into a highly
organized, priority-driven marketing engine.
You will be the bridge between local execution and regional strategy, collaborating closely with key
local business leaders, finance partners, and regional marketing squads (including campaigns,
brand, and growth teams) to drive efficiency and impact.
