Director, Marketing I

Salary Range: $115,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually

Location & Travel: This position is based on-site at our Mississauga, Ontario facility. It is full‑time, permanent, and requires travel up to 10% globally.

The Director of Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. This role leads a multidisciplinary team, collaborates across departments, and ensures all marketing initiatives align with organizational objectives.

Major Accountability

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing marketing team (digital, content, design, events, product marketing, etc.).
