Director, M&A & Corporate Development — Strategic Growth

The Adecco Group in Greater London is seeking a Director of Corporate Development and M&A who will collaborate with the leadership team to execute M&A transactions and lead corporate development initiatives. You will manage relationships with investment banks and assist in evaluating new market opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Finance and 5-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development or M&A. Strong leadership, analytical, and financial modeling skills are essential.
